Terms of Service

Welcome to Taskry. These Terms of Service (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between you (hereinafter — the “User”) and the Taskry service provided by individual entrepreneur Mark Aleksandrovich Aksarov, INN 026206196375 (hereinafter — the “Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”), when using the web application and related products and services.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Using Taskry means you agree to these Terms of Service.

1.2. If you do not agree with the Terms, please stop using the Service.

1.3. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement. Changes take effect from the moment they are published. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated version of the Agreement.

2. Terms of Use

2.1. Taskry provides tools for managing tasks, projects, categories, subtasks, and interaction between participants.

2.2. You agree to use the Service in good faith and comply with applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

2.3. You agree not to use the Service in ways that violate the rights of third parties or create a threat to the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the Service.

3. Registration and Account

3.1. Access to certain features of Taskry may require registration and creation of a personal account.

3.2. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date when necessary.

3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and your account security. You are responsible for all actions performed through your account.

3.4. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify support.

4. User Rights and Obligations

4.1. The User has the right to:

  • use the Service’s functionality within the limits set by this Agreement;
  • manage their tasks, projects, and statuses;
  • change settings and personal information in their account.

4.2. The User agrees to:

  • comply with applicable laws and the rights of third parties;
  • not post malicious content, spam, illegal materials, or unauthorized links;
  • respect confidentiality rules and not share personal data of third parties without their consent;
  • not to abuse automation tools (bots, scripts) if they interfere with the stable operation of the Service.

5. Restrictions and Prohibitions

5.1. The user is prohibited from:

  • attempting to gain unauthorized access to internal systems, databases, infrastructure, or technical components of the Service;
  • disrupting the operation of the Service, including overloads, attacks, bypassing technical limitations, or interfering with system functionality;
  • using the Service to carry out illegal activities;
  • sharing account access with third parties or using another user's account without the owner's permission.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Rights to the software, design, interface, and other materials of Taskry belong to the rights holder, unless otherwise stated separately.

6.2. Part of the project's source code may be distributed under the MIT License. In such cases, the MIT terms apply to the corresponding parts of the code.

6.3. The Taskry trademark, name, and visual identity of the service are protected and are not licensed under the MIT License.

7. Privacy and Data

7.1. Taskry processes personal data and other information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

7.2. We use data to operate the Service, improve functionality, and support users.

7.3. We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by applicable laws of the Russian Federation or when necessary for the operation of the Service and its infrastructure.

7.4. By continuing to use the Service, the User agrees to the use of cookies in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

8.1. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation of the Service under all conditions.

8.2. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service, data loss, or inability to access an account.

8.3. The User is solely responsible for backing up their data and ensuring the secure use of the Service.

9. Changes and Termination of Access

9.1. We may temporarily suspend access to the Service for maintenance, updates, or troubleshooting.

9.2. We may restrict access to the Service or delete a User account in case of violation of these Terms.

9.3. Termination of access does not release the User from liability for violations committed prior to account suspension or deletion.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

10.2. All disputes related to this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations whenever possible. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in court at the defendant’s place of residence.

10.3. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
